Try to search them on Google search with search term: “true type font download” OR “shx font download”. There are many websites that provide free downloadable fonts. To let AutoCAD recognize the fonts, simply copy SHX fonts to that folder.
My SHX fonts are stored in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2013\Fonts. You can see where your AutoCAD store it in AutoCAD option, files tab. The SHX fonts are stored in support folder.
